Meet Dr. Parker
Dr. Parker is board-certified in Sports Medicine with a special interest in Regenerative Medicine and holistic care. He focuses on using the power of exercise and regenerative medicine to aid healing, and collaborates with a network of top physical therapists, nutritionists, and trainers to optimize health and wellness.
Dr. Parker grew up in the Northwest and attended the University of Puget Sound, earned a degree in Natural Science Chemistry with an emphasis on mathematics, and graduated as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Mortar Board Honor Societies.
He then attended Tufts University for Medical School in Boston, and finished residency training at Santa Rosa Family Medicine in Santa Rosa, CA. He completed his fellowship at Stanford O’Connor Sports Medicine Fellowship where he learned an integrated approach to musculoskeletal ultrasound and regenerative medicine.
After fellowship Dr. Parker worked at UC Davis Sports Medicine as an attending physician from 2013-2016. Since then, he has continued to precept UC Davis medical students and residents as a Volunteer Clinical Faculty, and volunteers with Davis High School as their Team Physician. He also enjoys working as a Team Physician with the Sacramento Republic FC, and holds affiliation with UC Davis Intercollegiate Athletics program.

An expert in regenerative medicine and musculoskeletal ultrasound, Dr. Parker has been practicing these techniques since his fellowship in 2011. He utilizes the best technology available to deliver the highest quality PRP possible for maximal results. He is also specializes in ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and hydrodissection, helping patients with potentially debilitating nerve pain.

Dr. Parker is honored to have received various awards, including Sacramento Top Doc recognition and UC Davis Family Medicine Residency Community Preceptor of the Year. He is currently an avid cyclist and part of the Davis Bike Club. When not working, he enjoys kiteboarding, skiing, snowboard, rock climbing, and hiking.

I studied at the premier Stanford O'Connor Hospital for fellowship where I learned cutting-edge techniques in regenerative and ultrasound-guided procedures. I also worked with top athletes from San Jose State University and the San Jose Sabercats professional arena football team.
